Are you aged 16 to 25 and passionate about your home, community, and future? Do you want your voice to be heard and help shape the services that matter most to young people?

MSV Youth Voice gives you the opportunity to share your views, develop new skills, meet new people, and influence decisions that affect your community. Whether you're interested in improving housing services, tackling loneliness, creating opportunities for young people, or helping shape community projects, your ideas can make a real impact.

Scrutiny Panel

Review and challenge MSV's services, policies, and processes. Work directly with managers, team leaders, and service leads to identify improvements and help create better outcomes for customers.

Focus Groups

Share your experiences and opinions on current projects and initiatives. Your feedback helps shape services and ensure they meet the needs of customers.

Surveys

Every piece of feedback matters. By completing surveys, you can help MSV understand what's working well and where improvements can be made.

Nibbles 'n' Natter

Join informal events where you can meet and ask questions directly to senior leaders and decision-makers.

Complaints Panel

Help review complaints and recommendations to improve services and customer experience.
