We are committed to the active involvement of customers every step of the way.

Customer-led group for disabled residents plays an important role in helping us make MSV services more accessible, inclusive, and easier to use for everyone.

Why we set up the group
We want to better understand the different access needs of our customers and make sure our services work for as many people as possible.

By listening to your ideas and feedback, we can make meaningful improvements to how we deliver services.

What the group does
The group will bring residents together to:

  • Share ideas and perspectives on MSV services
  • Highlight what works well and what could be improved
  • Help shape changes to policies, processes, and how services are delivered
  • We’re keen to hear from people with a wide range of disabilities and access needs.

A disabled member of MSV staff supports the group as a main point of contact.

How it works
We’ll look at any barriers people may face when using our services and explore ways to improve them.

Meetings are a mix of online and in-person, and as a group decide how often we meet and what we focus on. We can also provide information in different formats if needed.

How much time will it take?
This is flexible and led by our customers. You can get involved in a way that works for you.

Interested in joining?
If you’d like to be part of the group, please email: involvement@msvhousing.co.uk

Membership of the Group

We are not just looking for customers with disabilities to join the group, but also parents and carers of MSV customers with disabilities who can be their voice.

We are also keen to invite our young customers to the group. As a valued asset to MSV, they are integral to voicing their life experiences on current service provision. They are our next generation of customers, so getting it right is what makes all the difference to live healthy, happy lives.
