Reporting to the Head of Property Care, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of The Group’s Disrepair, material framework, fleet management, sub-contractors and other associated functions. You will lead, motivate and monitor the Property Care Business Support Team to ensure that service delivery is based on efficiency, effectiveness and value for money.

With a proven track record of leading / managing people and driving teams forward to achieve targets, you will be the key point of contact for all areas of disrepair, framework, and fleet management. You will have strong organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with a range of people and organisations.

This is a hands-on role which requires the post holder to work collaboratively with other departments across The Group and liaise with Solicitors, attending court where required. Suitably experienced, you will understand business improvement techniques and have a track record of delivering projects and achieving desired outcomes within time constraints using appropriate project management techniques. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyse data and information in order to provide meaningful reports and advice as required. You’ll also be able to lead, motivate and inspire in line with our high-performance culture and the ‘MSV Way’.

This is a permanent full-time post and the hours of work are 35 hours per week. MSV operate core hours for our customers, however, our agile style of working means that you can work your hours around family and homelife commitments. We know that a committed and dedicated member of the MSV team doesn’t clock watch. Our focus is on getting the job done!

ICT Customer Service Coordinator (FTC)

You’ll be joining an established ICT Team, being the first point of contact between colleagues and ICT to provide front line non-technical support by resolving simple incidents, assigning and prioritising logged support calls and monitoring KPIs and performance of the ICT Service Desk. Responsible for determining issues and patterns to improve the user experience of the ICT service, you will be committed to delivering an excellent ICT service and enhancing colleagues’ ICT ability.

You will be at the heart of the ICT service that MSV delivers to its colleagues. You will be suitably experienced, adaptable and with a positive can-do attitude you will be able to adapt to the varying demands and challenges of working within the ICT Team. The successful candidate will be able to evidence their high levels of ICT literacy and be able to use a problem-solving approach to respond to enquiries.

You will be calm and confident when answering queries and have experience of working to tight deadlines resolving issues at first point of contact with a high level of attention to detail and a flexible approach to suit customer demand. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
