We are committed to the active involvement of customers every step of the way.

Join our focus groups and help us to improve the way we deliver services and develop our service standards.

The group will also help inform our approach moving forwards by reviewing new policies and procedures, new projects and monitoring and evaluation of projects. Other areas may include scrutinising performance, leaflets, website and proposed changes to service delivery.
