The Customer and Communities Committee (CCC) is an opportunity for customers to shape MSV and the way we do things.
It plays a vital role in helping MSV deliver services that reflect the needs, voices, and priorities of our customers. Made up of both MSV customers and independent members, the committee provides important insight and challenge to ensure we stay accountable and responsive to the people and communities we serve.
Working closely with MSV’s leadership team and Board, the CCC focuses on key areas such as service performance, customer feedback, neighbourhood impact, and how we’re delivering on our promises. Their guidance helps shape improvements, influence decisions, and ensure that customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
