This week marks Customer Service Week, a chance to recognise the importance of delivering great service and to thank the colleagues who make a difference for our customers every day.

At MSV, our focus on customers goes far beyond one week of celebration. Providing a positive customer experience, listening to what people tell us, and putting things right when they go wrong are priorities that shape the way we work all year round.

Customer feedback plays a vital role in helping us improve. By listening to our customers' experiences, ideas and concerns, we can better understand what matters most, identify where we can do better, and make meaningful changes to our services.

There are lots of ways for customers to share their views, including through surveys, complaints, compliments, scrutiny groups, customer panels and everyday conversations with our teams.

Over recent weeks, the Customer Voice Team has been out in communities, speaking with as many customers as possible as we work together to co-design a number of key MSV strategies. Through dedicated conversations, focus groups and engagement activities, customers have been sharing their experiences, ideas and aspirations for the future. This feedback will play an important role in shaping the future of MSV's services, helping to ensure that our priorities and decisions reflect what matters most to the people we serve.

While we're proud of the progress we've made, we know there is always more to do. Our ambition remains the same: to learn from our customers, continuously improve, and deliver the high-quality service they expect and deserve.

Customer Service Week may last five days, but our commitment to customers is at the heart of everything we do, every day of the year.
