Help us get to know you better
From next week, we’ll be sending customers a text message inviting them to complete our annual Me and My Home Survey.
The short survey gives you an easy way to check and update information about you and your household. Your answers help us understand your needs, provide the right support and design services that work better for you.
The text message will contain a secure link to the survey.
Taking part is voluntary, and you can skip any questions you don’t feel comfortable answering. Your information will be handled securely and confidentially.
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of six £100 Amazon vouchers.
