We want to make it easier for customers to find information about MSV, how we work and the services we provide.
New requirements called the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) are being introduced to give social housing tenants greater access to information about their landlord.
From 1 October 2026, housing providers such as MSV must proactively publish certain information about how their social housing is managed.
To help customers find this information, we have created a new STAIRs page bringing together useful links and documents about:

Much of this information was already available across our website, but the new page brings it together in one place to make it clearer and easier to find.
From 1 April 2027, MSV tenants—or a designated representative acting on their behalf—will also be able to request certain information relating to the management of MSV’s social housing. We are preparing for this next stage and will add further guidance before it takes effect.
We will continue to review and update the page as more information becomes available.
