Have your say on where money is spent in the community

We are looking for MSV customers to join our Kindness Fund Panel.
At MSV, we are committed to embedding Customer Voice in everything we do.

We're passionate about our customers having their say on how and where our community fund is being spent. Ensuring our customers have input into our quality standards, by building and strengthening people power.

Who are we looking for?

MSV customers to sit on our funding panel marking each application alongside 2 staff members.
Persons who can be objective and non-biased
Community spirited and passionate
Customers with access to an email

What’s Involved?

Whenever we receive a Kindness Fund application, we will ask our Panel of customers to score against our matrix.
We will dip into our 'pool' of Panel members, asking them to score.
This is all done over email at your own pace (within the deadline provided per application).
Ideally 3 customers to look at each application.
You'll be given instruction on how to use the matrix and have support from MSV officers every step of the way.

How Many Applications will I need to score?

The more customers who sign up to be part of the Panel will share the responsibility and lessons any burden concerns you may have.
We will circulate to Panel members on a rota basis for fairness.
To provide you with an idea of how many, so far this year we have received 22 community funding applications.

Scoring

We ask our customers to be objective and score each application on its merits against our funding criteria.
This does not involve meeting in person or online, simply fill out the form and email back to us.
Personal information in the applications will be redacted to remain compliant with PECR and GDPR protocol.
