Most MSV rents will be increasing from April and some service charges will also be increasing.
The reasons for the increases is that, like most businesses and households, MSV's costs have increased substantially over recent months due to high inflation.
It is essential if we are to remain viable and able to deliver vital services, such as repairs, which our customers value, then our rents will also need to increase.

If you receive Universal Credit and your rent has changed you don’t need to do anything in your Universal Credit journal until after 3 April at which point you will be notified.
