National award recognises the difference our Community Wellbeing Team makes every day
We're celebrating after our Customer Voice and Community Wellbeing Team was named Team of the Year at the Housing Heroes Awards 2026 - just weeks after picking up the same title at the Northern Housing Awards.
The back-to-back wins recognise a team that works alongside our customers and communities every day, helping people find work, improve their wellbeing, get involved locally and have their voices heard.
From community hubs and mentoring to youth projects like The Blunt Truth and customer-led scrutiny, the team supports thousands of people across Greater Manchester, creating opportunities and helping communities thrive.
The national success follows another brilliant night for MSV at the Northern Housing Awards, where we also won Development of the Year (under £10m) for our Parkmount Road development in Harpurhey. The scheme provides 24 high-quality, affordable homes, helping more local people enjoy a warm, energy-efficient place to call home while putting down roots in their community.
