Your Neighbourhood Officer can help by:

Carrying out home visits when you move into your new home to ensure you have the relevant support and feel settled.
Provide guidance to help you manage your tenancy such as; help and advice on rent accounts and progressing applications for tenancy changes.
Manage environmental issues to make your locality a pleasant place to live.
Partnership working with Police, local authorities and support agencies.
Putting you in contact with support and community hubs in your local area.

We have regular neighbourhood drop ins in Moss Side

Come and chat to us about anything such as your home, community, anti-social behaviour or repairs

Space Manchester: 125 Great Western Street, Manchester, M14 4AW - Mondays (10am - 2pm) except bank holidays

Scheme Inspections

Every quarter a Neighbourhood Officer will carry out an audit of your scheme - inspections of the communal / shared space areas.

Our Neighbourhood Offer

Our Neighbourhood offer sets out what you can expect from us if you live in an MSV home and the service you can expect to receive in respect of our work in neighbourhoods.
