Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group have approached the Northern Residential Property First-tier Tribunal because we want to enter into a long term agreement for a group wide Utility contract in respect of the supply of electricity & gas to the communal areas and wish to dispense with the requirement to carry out Section 20 consultation.
Due to continued annual increases, we want to secure a longer term energy deal, typically for a three to five year period. This will help us gain better value energy contracts and reduce future increases in gas and electricity prices for our tenants / leaseholders and shared ownership customers.
This letter (coming soon) and Directions from the Northern Residential Property First-tier Tribunal (coming soon) outline what you should do if you have any comments or objections to our application to dispense with Section 20 consultation.
A response form is included for you to complete if you wish to make any comments.
