Positive Futures is here to support anyone in the community who wants to learn, grow, and move towards employment. Whether you’re looking to build new skills, return to work, or explore different opportunities, our team is here to walk alongside you

  • Courses & Training: from essential life skills to specialist training

  • Traineeships & Apprenticeships: hands-on experience to boost your career

  • Work Experience: opportunities for adults and school students alike

  • Volunteering: build confidence and skills while giving back

Our training space is free and open to people of all ages, who live in MSV's neighbourhoods.

A big part of Positive Futures is our Community Mentor, who works one-to-one with residents to provide extra support and encouragement.

How our Community Mentor Helps:

  • Supports progression into training, volunteering, and employment

  • Connects residents with local employers, job fairs, and opportunities
