MSV is proud to have been awarded Pledge Pioneer status in the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge by HouseProud-LGBT and Stonewall Housing.
The award celebrates our commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ customers and colleagues, ensuring that everyone feels safe, secure and able to be themselves in their homes and communities.
A special thank you goes to MSV's Social Investment Officer Cath, who has been instrumental in driving forward our LGBTQ+ inclusion work. Cath accepted the award in London with her usual energy and warmth, recognising not only MSV’s efforts but also those of colleagues across the housing sector who are working hard to create inclusive communities.
We are already looking ahead to how we can build on this achievement and work towards Pioneer Plus.
This recognition is also a reflection of the brilliant support from our Pride Network, colleagues and partners who continue to champion inclusion. Together, we are committed to making sure everyone has a safe place to call home.

The group meets once a month and focuses on raising the voices of LGBTQ+ customers and issues impacting them.
