Our Service Centre will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December).
During the festive break, our out-of-hours service will be available for emergency repairs only. If you have an emergency repair that cannot wait, please call 0161 226 4211.
We will reopen at 9am on Friday 2 January 2026.
Please note that we won’t be able to respond to non-urgent repairs during this time, and emergency repairs should not be reported via the website as they may not be picked up.
