Pride at MSV: More Than a Month
At MSV, Pride isn’t just for June—it’s who we are all year round. We stand proudly with our LGBTQ+ colleagues, customers and communities, creating safe spaces where everyone can thrive.
Our CEO, Charlie Norman, puts it best:
“As a leader, it’s personal for me—creating a safe place where everyone can flourish is part of our DNA.”
Charlie has been a proud member and champion of our internal PRIDE group since it began, helping to elevate LGBTQ+ voices at every level of the organisation and beyond, across Greater Manchester and the wider housing sector.
From our rainbow lanyards and active LGBTQ+ forums to marching at Pride and investing in inclusive leadership, we’re committed to visibility, allyship and real change—365 days a year.
