We’re setting up a new customer-led group for disabled residents, and we’d love you to be part of it.
This group will play an important role in helping us make MSV services more accessible, inclusive, and easier to use for everyone.
Why we’re setting up the group
We want to better understand the different access needs of our customers and make sure our services work for as many people as possible.
By listening to your ideas and feedback, we can make meaningful improvements to how we deliver services.
What the group will do
The group will bring residents together to:
- Share ideas and perspectives on MSV services
- Highlight what works well and what could be improved
- Help shape changes to policies, processes, and how services are delivered
We’re keen to hear from people with a wide range of disabilities and access needs.
A disabled member of MSV staff will support the group as a main point of contact.
How it will work
We’ll look at any barriers people may face when using our services and explore ways to improve them.
Meetings will be a mix of online and in-person, and as a group we’ll decide how often we meet and what we focus on. We can also provide information in different formats if needed.
How much time will it take?
This is flexible and led by you. You can get involved in a way that works for you.
