International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia 2025

Celebrating the Power of Communities – 17 May 2025

At MSV, we stand proudly with the LGBTQ+ community – on IDAHOBIT and every day.

This year’s theme, The Power of Communities, is a celebration of the support networks, friendships and shared spaces that help LGBTQ+ people feel safe, valued, and connected.

We’re committed to creating inclusive neighbourhoods where everyone can thrive. We’d also like to take this opportunity to reassure customers that MSV remains a committed advocate and ally to trans people, and to inclusion for all.

Following the recent Supreme Court ruling in April 2025, the situation regarding single-sex spaces has not changed here at MSV. We believe everyone should feel safe and respected in our communities and shared spaces. We ask everyone to continue acting with care, kindness, and respect – and to stand with us in making our spaces welcoming for all.

Below we share some local and national events, support services, and resources to mark IDAHOBIT 2025 and support our trans and LGBTQ+ customers, and colleagues.
