A Better Service, Right at Your Front Door
We’re excited to introduce "A Voice in Every Home," a new way for MSV’s Neighbourhood Officers to support you better while they are out and about in your community.
If you have a repair or a question during a home visit, your Neighbourhood Officers have a new programme on their mobile so they can help you right there and then instead of having to head back to the office and log it on a computer.
What does this mean for you?
- Faster Answers: Neighbourhood Officers can check your account and update your details (like a new phone number) instantly. They will be able to view and update customer information in real-time
- On - The - Spot Requests: If you need a repair or want to speak to a specialist team (like Wellbeing or Financial Support), your Neighbourhood Officer can send that request immediately from their tablet or phone.
- Less Paperwork: We are moving toward digital forms, meaning things like your Tenancy Visits are completed and saved securely in real-time.
We want to spend less time behind a desk and more time in your neighbourhood, giving you the support and information you need.
This is the first part of our digital improvements in Neighbourhoods, we will be working hard to introduce more things that your Neighbourhood Officer can do on their devices as well as more forms that can be completed with you, digitally, there and then. In future, these will include pet permission forms, adding a lodger and any tenancy changes.
