Charlie NormanCharlie Norman
Group Chief Executive

Charlie began her career in the Social Housing Sector in 1988, and has worked for Salford City Council, District of Abbotsford in Canada and Plus Housing Group in Merseyside before joining St Vincent’s Housing Association in 2003.  She was appointed the Group Chief Executive Designate of Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group in 2016 and became the permanent Group Chief Executive in June 2017.

Her background covers a range of disciplines including housing management,  regeneration, asset management and experience of working with a wide variety of organisations such as housing co-operatives and specialist BME Housing Associations, as well as skills and experience in stock transfer and regeneration initiatives.

Charlie is the Chair of Bolton Community Homes and is a Board Member of Placeshapers, a national network of over 100 housing organisations.  She is a passionate campaigner for issues affecting housing and health inequality, supported housing and independent living and homelessness.  

Charlie has an MBA and in her spare time enjoys time with family, hiking and yoga

Patrick NolanPatrick Nolan
Executive Director Assets & Property Services / Deputy Chief Executive

As a member of the MSV Executive, Pat started his career in housing for Mosscare in July 1983 . A professional in the Asset Management and Development fields, with over 34 years delivering a variety of roles involving holistic cross-tenure neighbourhood regeneration, commercial property management, strategic housing development and management of assets . An expertise and substantial experience of working across both private and public sector organisations including Board membership of not for profit and educational organisations, Pat has been instrumental in driving sustainable change in neighbourhoods, supporting communities and organisations to be involved and empowered in delivering physical, social, environmental and economic improvements across Greater Manchester.

Yvonne McDermottYvonne McDermott
Director of Growth, Partnerships & New Business

Yvonne is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor with a background in private sector commercial property management, valuation and development including a number at years at The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company and the Manchester Ship Canal Company. She worked for 2 years in New York working for Related Management Corp. in the low income housing sector, a very different and interesting experience before returning to the UK spending some time as a Senior Valuer at Manchester City Council. 

Yvonne headed up development for St Vincent’s over  the past 15 years, and has undertaken the strategic asset management role for the organisation. She has  served on the Executive Management Team following  appointment to Director of Business Development.

In her appointment as Director of Growth, Partnerships and New Business for Mosscare St Vincent’s, she will head up delivery of over 1000 new homes and work with partners in Greater Manchester and the North West to deliver on the devolution deal including housings offer to health partners.

She says, "Mosscare St Vincent’s will be at the forefront of remaining true to the values  to house the most in need in society, combining this with sensible property decision-making to provide the much needed affordable housing development in our areas of operation and playing our role in addressing the Housing Crisis”

Yvonne has taken a step down from the Executive Team for the time-being whilst she recovers from an on-going health issue.

Tola AdesemowoTola Adesemowo
Executive Director Neighbourhoods & Wellbeing

Tola began her career in housing in 1996 after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Applied Community Studies. She has over 20 years experience in the Social Housing Sector. She has extensive housing management experience gained from a variety of roles within the Mosscare Housing Group. She led on Mosscare’s Audit Commission Inspection in 2006 and has continued to lead on continuous improvement since then. She has particular expertise in partnership working, engaging with residents and mentoring.Tola is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has been a Board member of a large North West ALMO. She has an MSc in Housing and in her spare time enjoys baking, travelling and supporting Manchester United.
