How much do I pay?

Your tenancy agreement tells you the ammount you need to pay.

Your rent will increase every year if you have an assured tenancy or every two years if you have a fair rent tenancy. Your tenancy agreement will tell you which type of tenancy you have.

We will give you four weeks notice in writing before the rent increases.

When do I pay?

All our tenancies start on a Monday and your rent starts from the date you move in. Your tenancy agreement will tell you the date your tenancy started.
