Focus Groups

Our Customer Engagement Strategy will focus on all our Customers and we aim to work with our Customers to develop standards that matter to them; learn from and improve as a result of every interaction we have with our Customers.

We plan to hold regular focus groups to look at services we provide, and how they can be improved. 

These groups will look at the way we deliver services and service standards. They may also look at new policies and procedures, new projects and monitoring and evaluation of projects. Other areas may include scrutinising performance, leaflets, website and proposed changes to service delivery.
