Get Involved

We need our customers to get involved in the running of Mosscare St Vincent’s - your views count, help us improve and are important to us! You can get involved in a number ways.

Through our Customer Panels

We run Customer Panels throughout the year in a number of areas. Customers are asked to give us feedback on how well we are doing.

Mystery shoppers

A number of tenants and members of the public regularly mystery shop our services. Find out more in our leaflet.

Tenant Board Members

Customers are involved both at Committee and Main Board level.

Tenant Forum

The job of the Tenant Forum is to take a good look at specific areas of Mosscare St Vincent’s service and give their feedback on the ‘Customer Experience’.   Some areas, which have already been reviewed, are Lettings and Development.

Residents Associations

This is a great way to get involved at the most local level. You can influence decisions that affect your street or scheme by joining, or helping to set up, a Residents Association.

We want to improve our services for residents and the wider community. You can help us do this by getting more involved in what we do about such things as:

  • Repairs and maintenance of your home 
  • Anti-social behaviour in your neighbourhood
  • Paying rent
  • Customer service standards
