A message from our CEO, Charlie Norman
"At MSV, we stand for equality, inclusion and celebrating diversity and we actively take a stance against hatred, discrimination and bigotry of ANY type. Sadly, in the last week, one of our colleagues has experienced racial abuse whilst out in the community and we have received a misogynistic message from a customer about dealing with women in our business.
To be absolutely clear, we will not tolerate this and we implore everyone to respect diversity and to treat our colleagues with respect. Any colleague, customer or stakeholder of MSV should report any incidents without hesitation and they will be treated with the utmost urgency."
