Interested in shaping our repairs service?

We carry out over 25,000 repairs per year and are excited to be running a series of roadshows across all of MSV’s areas and want to talk to YOU, as our customer, about the experience with us along the customer repairs journey. From initial report to completing the job, we are focusing our roadshows on communication between customers & MSV, specifically on what we are calling customer touchpoints. So come along and join us by helping shape our service for the future.
