We have been closely monitoring the Government’s advice with regards to the current COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to monitor the situation across Greater Manchester and the North West and follow Government guidance.
The interests of our customers, staff, partners and communities are at the centre of everything we do, and this is particularly important during these challenging times. Whilst we strive to ensure services remain uninterrupted, we must consider the needs of everyone who may have cause for concern. If you are feeling isolated and lonely or need help of any kind, please contact your Neighbourhood Officer or the Customer Contact Team. We can get you the help needed and put you in touch with organisations in your community. We have also re-launched our Positive Futures programme to assist people into work, training and volunteering opportunities.
