As a key member of the Sales and Leasehold Team, you will be the first point of contact dealing with all enquiries in relation to sales and rentals, assisting the team to achieve its targets.  You will effectively manage waiting lists and demand for new developments, ensuring customers are updated regularly on progress leading up to sales launch dates and achieving off-plan reservations on the back of early demand where possible. 

Working closely with the Sales and Home Ownership Officer you’ll keep sales progress charts up to date as well as support updating of social media and website content marketing

But you won’t be sat in an office, hiding behind your laptop!  This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to potential purchasers and existing customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key.  You’ll meet with potential customers, help to arrange sales events, prepare and send out marketing literature, prepare move-in packs for purchasers and ensure mailing lists are kept up to date.

Similar experience, flexible and adaptable with excellent time management and planning skills, you’ll be self- motivated with an aptitude for detail and willing to learn new skills.  You’ll also have effective oral and written communication skills, able to explain facts and ideas clearly.

This is a permanent full time post and the hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  You’ll be based at our head office in Trafford, Manchester, however our agile style of working and flexible working hours mean that if you need to collect the kids from school, no problem.  Want to work late finishing a report and take the time back the next day, go ahead. We know that a committed and dedicated member of the MSV team doesn’t clock watch. Our focus is on getting the job done!

Working in our fantastic People & Talent team, you will be the central point of contact for learning and development, primarily coordinating and administering our full range of L&D programmes and opportunities across the Group.  Liaising with the Group People & Talent Manager and People Business Partners, you will support managers and colleagues across the business to ensure the delivery of induction, mandatory and essential role training for new and existing staff.

We are looking for specific skills to complement our team.  You will have a proven background in training / HR coordination with a commitment to ensuring learners have an excellent experience when interacting with our service. You will have recent experience of training coordination and management, strong project management skills, be familiar with liaising with trainers and consultants, and have managed event and travel coordination.  You will also have proven ICT skills including database management.

Multi Skilled Supervisor (Joinery & Plumbing)

Are you a qualified Multi Skilled Operative with proven joinery and plumbing experience? If so read on…

You’ll be joining our established Property Services team which provides day to day, void and capital works programmes across MSV properties. You will assist in the direct supervision of multi trade operatives, providing technical specifications of works for void properties and arranging the ordering and delivery of appropriate materials.

As a key member of the Property Services team you’ll provide a comprehensive joinery or plumbing service with a number of different skills from other recognised trades in accordance with the relevant safety regulations including fire risk work.  As well as providing technical support to the operatives, you will provide multi trade assistance to a high and consistent standard, including a combination of Plumbing, Fire Risk Work, general maintenance works such as carpentry, minor plumbing works, plastering, ground works, tiling, painting and decorating.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key.  You’ll be based in the communities we serve and will have experience of working on maintenance of domestic and commercial properties, with a strong commitment to high quality customer service.

With previous experience of working with multi trades, you will be able to carry out duties under minimum supervision and as part of a team.  Joinery skills are essential and you will have a flexible approach to working in a variety of working conditions as well as being able to establish and maintain good customer relationships.

The successful candidate will need a full UK driving license as well as a full well maintained tool kit at all times.

You’ll be joining an established high performing Community Safety Team to work on actions to reduce crime and disorder across MSV communities. You’ll work collaborative across MSV championing Community Safety, taking ownership of  your own caseload and taking a holistic approach to Anti – Social Behaviour, developing preventative measures within our communities.

You’ll be based at our head office in Stretford, Manchester as well as being present in our communities.
