About this Event

Overview of course:

You will identify the physical and emotional signs of anxiety. You will learn how to manage your anxiety in lockdown through participating in some relaxation techniques and mood-boosting activities. For example, the following topics will be covered:

  • Meditation 
  • Light exercise through meditative movement
  • Keeping a gratitude journal
  • Performing small acts of kindness

These techniques and activities will hopefully help you to create a sense of positive balance in your life and will guide you towards a calmer way of living.
