Below is a list of the Health and Wellbeing benefits staff can access when they join Mosscare St Vincent’s.

  • Company Sick Pay Scheme. Mosscare St Vincent's operates a company sickness scheme that provides up to three months full pay and three months half pay after one years service.
  • Eye test examination fees and contribution to optical expenses. The group will pay the cost of eye examinations and contribute towards the costs of prescription lenses / frames or contact lenses for staff using VDU equipment.
  • Counselling Helpline. Free, 24 hour, 7 days a week telephone support. Face-to-face counselling can be made available too in some cases.
  • Smoke free working environment.
  • Stress Management Policy and Training.
  • Consideration of reasonable adjustments for disabled employees or staff who become disabled.
